The Future of Mobile – HTML5 vs. Native Apps


Native applications are basically software applications which are developed to run on specific platforms such as android. These are found on device home screen and are basically installed through application store, which is an inbuilt application in the device. These applications exploit the device features to the fullest for example they can make use of camera, GPS, accelerometer, compass, list of contacts, etc. the unique feature of native apps lies in the usage of device notification system enabling users to work offline! These applications can be purchased through distribution platforms such as apple app store, Google play etc and can be installed to smartphones, tablet and any other mobile devices.
